Summary (Goodreads):

These Royals will ruin you…

From mortal enemies to unexpected allies, two teenagers try to protect everything that matters most.

Ella Harper has met every challenge that life has thrown her way. She’s tough, resilient, and willing to do whatever it takes to defend the people she loves, but the challenge of a long-lost father and a boyfriend whose life is on the line might be too much for even Ella to overcome.

Reed Royal has a quick temper and even faster fists. But his tendency to meet every obstacle with violence has finally caught up with him. If he wants to save himself and the girl he loves, he’ll need to rise above his tortured past and tarnished reputation.

No one believes Ella can survive the Royals. Everyone is sure Reed will destroy them all.
They may be right.

With everything and everyone conspiring to keep them apart, Ella and Reed must find a way to beat the law, save their families, and unravel all the secrets in their Twisted Palace.

I buddy read this with the lovelies sis Pearl and Rachmi (Click their names to read their fab reviews!)

A satisfying conclusion to The Royals trilogy. Such a crazy journey as the previous books set the bar high because of its intense family drama, romance and deadly cliffhangers. I’m not kidding with the cliffhangers, they are fucking insane and holy flipping shit amazing. It’s really entertaining, worth the craze and seriously unputdownable. Erin Watt a.k.a. Elle Kennedy & Jen Frederick truly rocked this year with this series and it might sound selfish but I. FREAKING. WANT. MORE. GIVE. ME. MORE. ROYALS. ESPECIALLY EASTON ROYAL.

Wish granted: They’re going to write Easton’s story and YOU KNOW THE DRILL. HELL YES!!

Twisted Palace begins on the last part of Broken Prince where all the SHITS HAPPENED that almost made me drop my eReader. Someone died but who is the serial killer? So many things happened and here I am making guesses who did it. I have top 2 suspects based on their motives and whereabouts but I’m still not sure who is the one. I pinned on someone and mother of god, I almost got it. I’m a little surprised but not as surprised as the previous books. Still, the mystery in this book is freaking good and entertaining.

I love the consistent development of the story and the characters. Reed and Ella had a rough battle but hats-off to these two as they support each other whatever happens. Out of all the characters, Ella Harper is the strongest. I love she believed the Royals despite of the scandal and harsh words thrown at them, she remained firm with her decisions and her love for Reed was truly touching. I love her fierceness, determination and patience for everything. Reed Royal’s bravery is admirable. Undeniably, he’s a bad boy but he’s selfless, loving and caring to his family and to Ella. The Royals were united in this battle, loyalty at its best and they are going to do what it takes to save everyone. So. Much. Freaking. Love. for Gideon, Easton, Sebastian, Sawyer and Callum. (Though Gid has less appearance here, still!)

They are all blinded by betrayals, deceit and lies and I’m glad everything was resolved. All I want is more about them. I will NEVER get enough of them. However, this book is not as good as the first two books. I kinda didn’t like when the unnecessary dramas took over and set aside murder case. It was prolonged and I keep waiting for something to happen.

Overall, I love this series as a whole. It was an addicting, fun read and it’s greatly wrapped up. I recommend it to everyone, especially to contemporary romance lovers. It’s a MUST read guys and I hope you’ll enjoy it. Once again, HANDS DOWN TO ELLE KENNEDY AND JEN FREDERICK! 🙂
