Summary (Goodreads):

I haven’t touched a human in three years. That seems like it would be a difficult task, but it’s not. Not anymore, thanks to the internet.

I am, quite possibly, the most popular recluse ever. Not many shut-ins have a 200-member fan club, a bank account in the seven-figure range, and hundreds of men lining up to pay for undivided attention.

They get satisfaction, I get a distraction. Their secret desires are nothing compared to why I hide… my lust for blood, my love of death.

Taking their money is easy. Keeping all these secrets… one is bound to escape.

What if you hid yourself away because all you could think of was killing? And what if one girl’s life depending on you venturing into society?

My Review:

Twistedly brilliant. Deanna Madden is a creepy yet an intriguing woman. She lives on Apartment 6E and for years, she isolated herself from everyone in order to control her urge to kill. Her back story is dark, disturbing and traumatic. In order to support herself, she works as a cam girl. Everyday, she meets different people and they all have certain sexual desires and fetishes. Also, some of these people became her close friends.

It makes me nervous to think if she’s in public and she might do some killing spree or simply opening her apartment door. She has a little romance with Jeremy, the man who delivers her packages. I don’t how this will work especially for Deanna’s case but I’m interested what happens next.

I recommend this book if you’re into dark stories. Some scenes are disturbing and will make you uncomfortable. Still, I really enjoyed this book
